EEP Mekong Third Call for Proposals

EEP Mekong Third Call for Proposals: twenty one projects pre-selected

During its Fifth Meeting held in Khao Yai, Thailand, during May 19-20, 2011, the EEP Steering Committee has selected twenty one new projects.

Out of 105 project proposals that were submitted, 85 projects underwent the evaluation process.

The identification numbers of the projects that were pre-selected by the Steering Committee, their country of implementation, their technical focus and their field of activity are:

The pre-selected project proponents were notified on May 24, 2011. They were invited to submit the Full Project Proposal on July 6, 2011.

The Full Project Proposals were then checked by EEP Mekong evaluators. Results of the final evaluation were submitted to EEP Mekong RCU on August 5, 2011.

Contract signing with successful applicants started mid-August, 2011.

The Fourth Call for Proposals is tentatively scheduled to open in 2012.
